Registration Forms
Non-Medical Transportation
Services include transporting individuals to a variety of activities, including work, school, medical appointments, activities, and adult day programs. Learn More.
Job Training and Placement
Services include: job training, job training seminars, job coaching, job placement, and ongoing support once placed. See our Success Stories
Tutoring
Pre K- Kindergarten Regular and Special Education Education tutoring is available.
Curriculum, Webinars, and Seminars
Lesson on (not limited to): self awareness, self advocacy, self regulating, resume writing, interview skills, and transition.
Children's Services
Classes are taught by Tiffany Hunter, Certified Intervention specialist teacher prek-3rd and prek-3 regular education and Christy Rosneck, Certified regular education teacher grades 1-8. Learn more.
Fitness Classes

Who can use these services?

The Two Foundation provides quality non-medical transportation for children and adults with developmental exceptionalities.
What types of transportation services are included?

Services include transporting individuals to a variety of activities, including work, school, medical appointments, activities, and adult day programs.
Are your vehicles safe?

Two Foundation's vehicles are constantly monitored.

All vehicles are inspected on a daily basis, are on a routine maintenance schedule, and serviced by certified mechanics.
Who drives the vehicles?

Vehicles are driven by staff who have completed Two Foundation's extensive training program including First Aid/CPR, and are insured to drive non-medical vehicles.
Where do you provide transportation?

Two Foundation provides transportation services in western Geauga and eastern Cuyahoga counties within an approximate 16-mile radius of The Two Café in Chagrin Falls/Bainbridge.
How do I sign up for transportation services?

Individuals requiring non-medical transportation can inquire about the Two Foundation’s transportation services through their local County Boards of Developmental Disabilities, or by contacting The Two Foundation:

Children's Services
Meet Tiffany Hunter (left), Certified Intervention specialist teacher prek-3rd and prek-3 regular education & Christy Rosneck(right), Certified regular education teacher grades 1-8.
Classes Include:
Mother and Child Movement:
Certified Yoga Instructor: Christy Rosneck
Fun yoga and dancing set to music. Minimum age- 3 years old. (check back soon for dates)
Move, Make, and Mindful Playgroup:
A variety of structured and unstructured learning activities through play and social exploration. Daily yoga, arts, and crafts, learning centers, teacher lead book club, journaling. Snack will be provided.
Available to all children ages 3 to 6-year-olds.

Two Gives Back:
Looking for a fun and engaging ways for your children to serve their community?
One Saturday a month we will offer a service project to support a local organization.
